- To create accounts and authenticate users.
- To sync household chores, children, allowances, balances, and household access.
- To manage subscriptions and feature access.
- To maintain reliability, prevent abuse, debug issues, and protect the service.

ChoreNest uses trusted providers to operate the app:
- Firebase/Google: authentication and Firestore database services.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and App Store billing.
- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement management.

ChoreNest is designed for family use. Parent accounts create and manage child profiles, including access for child devices.
