ChoreNest Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the ChoreNest mobile application and related services.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use ChoreNest.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Parent users are responsible for managing child profiles and household access.
3. Service
ChoreNest helps families track chores, balances, allowances, and related household activity. Features may change over time.
4. Subscriptions
Some features may require ChoreNest Pro. Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and entitlement access is managed through RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings.
- Refund requests must be made through Apple.
- Prices and included features may change for future billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, access data without authorization, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass subscription or security controls.
6. Third-Party Services
ChoreNest relies on Firebase, Apple, and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers.
7. Disclaimers
ChoreNest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChoreNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
